Shipping and Delivery
W J Sutton Ltd. will ship the ordered products to the shipping address specified by the customer. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total cost of the order during checkout. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to you upon delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date of delivery (or as stated on Sale or Return Parcels), subject to certain conditions. This however excludes special orders/bespoke items and earrings which are exempt from being returned unless they have a manufacturing fault. The products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Goods with manufacturing faults fall under our guarantee for a year from the date of invoice from us. Any repairs, credits or exchanges after this period would be at our discretion. Goods will not be considered faulty if they appear to have been damaged through excessive wear or neglect by the customer.
